  • Workholding setup become more cumbersome and time-consuming ?
  •  Can't find a proper grip to stabilize wide/high/complex objects on your workbench ?
  • Applying pressure on parts of any shape become problematic during your project ?

Graspego with workbenches and clamping tables

Use the innovative method of GRASPEGO-B60:

a) to transform any peg-holes workbench to a complete new clamping

system with efficiency unlike any other

b) to be able to safely hold any kind of an object of any size & shape

c) to ensure the applied pressure stays productive - not destructive

In what clamping situation is the GRASPEGO-B60 your best option to use ?

  • As described in details for the Graspego with BAR Clamps Graspego for PUSH-Clamping,  the GRASPEGO-W60 opens endless new options to grip any  object you can imagine - flat or high, narrow or wide, very small to very large, an object with open spaces that needs to be held in its center or a "closed" object with access only from its perimeter.  The GRASPEGO-B60 method can deal with any shape! In any size!  And in some cases it is the only way to obtain a real solid grip, while in other cases it can better protect  your workpiece hence the workholding becomes  simpler and more effective.

3-in-1 : Utilizing the GRASPEGO-B60 in three different ways!

  • Use the front side of the B60 and take full advantage of the unique innovative GRASPEGO grip
  • Use the top side to raise the workpiece and separate it from the workbench - thereby accessing and protecting its bottom surface.
  • Use the back side as a simple blocking element ("Bench Dog") for higher objects or as the anchoring point for the GRASPEGO-B60’s clamping method.

What is the best peg-holes work-table to use with GRASPEGO's system?

  •  There are many great peg-holes workbenches and clamping-tables available - all are compatible with the GRASPEGO-B60 method.
  • These workbenches or clamping-tables differ one from the other in design and other features.
  • Naturally, the more peg holes integrated in a worktable, the more flexibility you'll have for general workholding.
  • GRASPEGO-B60: Available now for work-table with round peg holes.

GRASPEGO-B60 changes workbenches with peg holes to A particularly versatile workspace with an innovative method for Clamping The Impossible !

What are the principle and steps in using the GRASPEGO-B60 method ?

  • The GRASPEGO-B60 takes all the unique holding capabilities as demonstrated for the Graspego with BAR Clamps   for the  Graspego for PUSH - Clamping and for the Graspego as a Hold-down tool and integrates them to become a particularly versatile workspace for clamping the impossible !
  • GRASPEGO-B60 will change your workbench experience to become significantly more effective and enjoyable to work with.  If your project is quite complex you might find it useful to mark the peg holes with numbers in your pre-sketched drawings and "record the holding setup" for the purpose of repetitive processing.

Steps to use with workbenches

  • Basically the B60 transforms a simple peg hole into the anchoring point of the GRASPEGO method.
  • The first step is the front GRASPEGO grip of the B60 that provides you with the ability to effectively tighten not only flat wide objects but also high or tilted ones, inside or outside their 3D shape.
  • The second step is to secure a horizontal grip by using GRASPEGO-R50 with one of many regular clamping drivers for the action of standard-clamping or push-clamping, depending on your workpiece, and if using bar-clamps or spreaders or both.  The GRASPEGO-B60 provides the anchoring point for this step too.
  • With simpler objects the GRASPEGO-B60 method will provide you with a very solid grip even without the securing of the GRASPEGO-R50, but by clamping from one angle with a common bar-clamp/push-clamp with their flat simple jaws
  • The third step is using the GRASPEGO hold-down implementation that blends perfectly in many workholding setups that are based on GRASPEGO-B60 operation.

Steps to use with clamping tables (built as two plates for a clamping action)

  • The first step - same as for workbenches.
  • The second step is to plug the GRASPEGO-B60 units according to your workholding needs and use the main clamping function of the table itself. You can often find it useful to include the GRASPEGO-R50 in an action of standard-clamping/push-clamping, as described above for workbenches.
  • The third step - same as for workbenches.

The GRASPEGO-B60 front grip has the basic capabilities as the GRASPEGO-R50/C50 in its own applications  >> Read below (links #1, #2) to understand it better .

In addition, the GRASPEGO-B60 is a "plug and clamp" product that makes your workholding method so easy and effective for transitions, with similar results as described in the hold-down applications (read link #3 below)
